“Great idea to get quotes on-line as it gives potential clients an understanding of the cost of fees and disbursements involved when buying and/or purchasing a property. Unfortunately, some quotes I received were hiked up once I contacted individual companies. In one such case the price I received was two-thirds more. Reallymoving gives the user an introduction to companies that they may not have contacted on their own. I would say it is a great idea to use this company but would suggest to those replying and submitting quotes could be a bit more upfront regarding costs.”

Whilst we try and make our quotations as accurate as possible, it is not always possible for our system to take into consideration all aspects of your requirements at the stage of quotation which can result in the slight inaccuracy of quotes. We do however try to cover as many possibilities as possible to ensure the quote does not change too much once you speak with the companies directly. We wish to reassure you that the prices offered by our partners are competitive within their respective industries and quotations are for illustrative purposes only. We are checking in with our partners on a regular basis however, to ensure that their fee schedules are as up to date as possible. The good thing about our site is it does generally take away the hard work for you – rather than sifting through google to find reputable firms, you can rest assured that all of our partners are thoroughly vetted before joining our panel making them reputable, and we work hard to build a strong catalogue of feedback to help you make your decision. Many of our customers enjoy the fact that with us, everything can be found in one place. Whilst you may not have received specific quotes, we are glad that you still found this feature useful. “Arranged a survey through Reallymoving. Useful starting point in finding a surveyor. Comprehensive Level 3 survey gave us useful guidelines on what needed attention on completion of our purchase, including costings, and what to check before going ahead. The report arrived 7 working days after the survey was carried out and a query we raised post survey was answered promptly.”

“Found this via the Monesysavingexpert website (which I swear by) and had quotes and follow up calls within minutes. Wide range of quotes and everyone I spoke to seemed very knowledgable, I booked my survey in the timeframe I wanted and am confident it will be thorough. The company answered all my questions and gave me reassurance that I was making the right decision.”
