“Good service. You could include a few more quotes each time (5 or 6). One big catch - some firms include different things in their legal fees, and some firms charge added extras (included in the quote), e.g. Some firms charge a SDLT fee, others include it in their legal fees, so a simple comparison of legal fees is difficult to compare. For a fair comparison, the initial email from really moving should include a complete quote for conveyancing (minus stamp duty) to enable a like for like comparison.”
