I made an order on 3/17/2025. It was a birthday gift. That order has not yet been received. It has been over a month and it has yet to be delivered. Needless to say, I am very disappointed.

I was told the shipping will take 5 to 15 business days. I’m up to 13 business days and I have no tracking info

I ordered a Christmas present and it failed to arrive on time. In fact, it didn't arrive until the new year! Part of this seems to be because The Really Good Whisky Company didn't dispatch it for quite a while. They then blamed it on the courier firm. I asked for a refund on the delivery cost and never received anything.

I have not received a tracking number or any updates since my date of purchase. I understand that shipping from Europe to the USA takes some time but not having any updates is concerning.

We are so sorry to hear about the frustration you endured, it seems that the link containing the tracking information wasn’t uploaded correctly. However, your order was delivered as normal within the specified time frame for orders going to the States. We are happy to discuss any further issues you may have. Not good, I placed this order back on April and still have not received anything. Dani was very helpful explaining what could have happened however this is unacceptable!! I don’t think I’ll be ordering from your company again

I never received the whiskey. It was brought but no one was home my father in law was seriously ill. When I went to pick it up at the post office it wasn't there. I tracked it and it informed me it had been sent back to sender. So I can't rate something I haven't received. Sorry

I placed my order for the Emerald Edition of the Whiskey Advent Calendar as a gift for my wife on Oct 8 - almost 2 full months before Dec 1, when the calendar starts. I paid 63 USD for the shipping level "3-15 days - landed price including tax - 8-15 days." 12 days later, I received an email telling me that my order was shipped but offering no tracking number. As I write this, it's been 46 days since I placed my order, and I have not received it. 4 days ago, I wrote them to explain my situation, ask if they had any more information about my shipment, and see if there was anything more that they could do to help me. I have received no reply to my cry for help, but today, they sent me a request to review how well they've done. I understand that international shipping can be unpredictable, but after paying over $200 to them, I expected the shipment to at least be tracked, and I expect more from them than to be ghosted. December will be here in one week, I have no delivery, and not even an automated response from them. Thankfully, PayPal allows people to reverse their charges for non delivery of goods, and I will be taking advantage of that opportunity if my situation does not change in some way very soon. I will change my review, if possible, if my situation changes in some way. Caveat emptor. Update: It's been 2 weeks since I contacted them to request information and help (2 months since paying for the item I never received). I have still received no response. Also, when they automatically requested this review, they offered an additional small item, but they have not followed up on that either. I cannot recommend Really Good Whisky Company to anyone in the strongest terms possible. Lost or unfulfilled items are annoying, but understandable. However, absolutely no response to an unsatisfied customer even weeks later is unacceptable for any company. I will never be doing business with them again.

I was extremely shocked with having to pay tax way beyond what I was quoted on your website. Almost €90! I was of the understanding from my order that tax would be in the region of €40, allowing for sterling exchange rate. I will not be ordering again!

This was part of the sale and the items only showed one at a time, I had things in my basket that I wanted to buy and it took more than 90 mins for all the items to show up. In the meantime, the items in my basket went out of stock. I complained about the poorly managed sale and was told my internet was too slow but not too slow to receive such poor feedback from them. Given the delivery charge is irrespective of the amount you order I did not want to pay for delivery charges a few times so I could not finalize my order.

Extremely poor. First, part of my order was no longer available though the website still advertises this particular bottle, then I was not provided a tracking number or any shipping information until I emailed asking about my order status, then I finally get the remains of my order, only to have the wrong product (my Compass Box 5cl sampler was missing the packaging and had 2x Spaniards and 1x Spice Tree.)

Paid for the items, the website stated it had been delivered, and we didn’t receive the product. Went through customer service chat, without a response in 5 consecutive days. Still waiting on a response and/or product.

Having read enough comments elsewhere and based on my own experience I have doubts the ‘flood sale’ was really a lucky dip. Glenturret anyone? Other people with exactly the same two whiskies I got in a lucky dip. Could be long odds, I’m not convinced though.
