“I made an order on 3/17/2025. It was a birthday gift. That order has not yet been received. It has been over a month and it has yet to be delivered. Needless to say, I am very disappointed.”

“the status of the shipment keeps changing and I wonder if I'll get the shipment. I've allowed 15 business days but don't know when to expect the gift. It is a time sensitive item because it's a gift. Once i receive the package and its in good shape and on time I would revise my rating and answer the additional questions.”
