“Beautifully presented but felt like the selection wasn’t quite worth the money given the budget-whisky options included, such as Famous Grouse. Would have been nice to have some information about the whiskies with the tasting set.”

“The box set itself is great. My partner is very excited to try everything. Your customer support team is excellent. They responded promptly to my emails, were very friendly, and certainly tried their hardest to get my order to me. My only disappointment is it took 5-1/2 weeks to be delivered. My 1st order was lost in transit. The 2nd order was sent in an expedited manner, but still took 3 weeks to arrive. I am very understanding that it’s the busiest shipping time of year, but was shocked it still took so long.”

“Cask explorers sessions. I seem to have fallen off your list of emails that tells us what the four whiskies were and please will you stop waving the bottle about in the report section. A box in front of and out of the sight of the camera to put the bottle on while you tell us the % and £ - then I can get the spelling right.”

“Ordered a whiskey advent calendar as a gift and it was a huge hit. Fast shipping even with everything going on in the world and the whiskey was good. Only one out of the whole batch we wouldn’t drink again.”

“Would have been five stars except for all of the issues with the shipment getting to me in the US which apparently was the shipper fault. They were very apologetic and offered a partial refund and did everything possible to make sure I eventually received my order. Have ordered from them for several years and always had excellent service”
