“The wrong whiskey was sent, but a refund was issued. The staff was very friendly. One star deducted because the refund was only issued after repeated requests.”

“The box set itself is great. My partner is very excited to try everything. Your customer support team is excellent. They responded promptly to my emails, were very friendly, and certainly tried their hardest to get my order to me. My only disappointment is it took 5-1/2 weeks to be delivered. My 1st order was lost in transit. The 2nd order was sent in an expedited manner, but still took 3 weeks to arrive. I am very understanding that it’s the busiest shipping time of year, but was shocked it still took so long.”

“Cask explorers sessions. I seem to have fallen off your list of emails that tells us what the four whiskies were and please will you stop waving the bottle about in the report section. A box in front of and out of the sight of the camera to put the bottle on while you tell us the % and £ - then I can get the spelling right.”
