Your product was sent out promptly from Amazon but no gift card was included so the recipient did not know who it was from, and when they mentioned receiving a gift from Amazon I was confused as I was expecting it to be sent by you.

We purchased an advent calendar, which we received and looks beautiful. Looking forward to opening it this advent season! We're rating this 3 out of 5, as shipping experience was confusing. We were informed shipping would happen within a week and we paid extra for fast shipping, when in fact product wasn't shipped out for a few weeks.

The delay in shipping was to be expected. The lack of communication on that time frame was poor. Multiple emails and DM’s went unanswered.

Good packing, the gift set came really damaged. Also I was told I was going to get an small gift, did not come in the box. The rest is ok.

Hi Christian! Oh dear - I'm so sorry that you have had a bad experience with us! !t seems from the photo that customs have opened up the box to check what is inside! I hope that the whisky inside is undamaged and that you still manage to enjoy this freebie set :)

Nothing wrong with the product, packaging or service. Unfortunately I failed to notice that it was a half size bottle and with delivery I paid the same price as a full size bottle from my local supermarket! I was therefore very disappointed and embarrassed as I had bought it as a gift for my neighbour and it made me look stingy. Would not buy again.

Excellent customer service and enjoy the advent calendar experience. However, 2 of my boxes arrived damaged and the one without damage has the drams jumbled and out of order. Recommend improving packaging for future seasons.

3 of us in our whisky-tasting group entered the lucky dip for 'flood damaged' whisky. We all received products that would be cheaper than the luck-dip fee (£50) if purchased elsewhere. It was also noted that your shop had the products on your website now priced more than the fee we had paid, but stated to be sold out. I hope I don't sound too disappointed, thanks for free sample of cask strength 'As We Get It" and best wishes for your independent enterprise.

The mystery flood bottles, my wife and i ordered one each and quite dissappointed when we both received exactly the same bottle, right down to the variant. The wee dram included was a nice touch but the £10.80 delivery charge is some of the highest ive encountered, i understand this is out if your control as were the delays in receiving the orders. It was a shame that everyone who had a delayed delivery was aware that the star bottle had already been won. I love the enthusiasm from you all in the videos and live tastings but the delivery charges especially are starting to make me look elsewhere sadly

I took part in the lucky dip competition (to help clear stock following the flood damage). I do not regret it but, after consulting with a number of other entrants, feel there was a misleadingly large number of a very average, overpriced whisky bottle dished out. No hard feelings but I have since looked elsewhere for my purchases.
