“The order was shipped to the wrong address twice, surprise whisky was weirdly the same 2 bottles in almost every order when I checked with other people who ordered during that same promotion. All and all, the order arrived a bit late and the whisky was ok for the paid promotion. Partial refund was given on the shipping.”

“Experience of shopping with the Really Good Whisky Company was seamless. Bottles were affordable. Payment was easy and as I had made two different Mir bases a request I made to merge the two orders to save on postage was promptly dealt with. Very helpful and I will definitely be back”

“I purchased a bottle in the Great Flood sale, firstly, to help the business through a tough time but also, as I was hoping for an interesting dram, perhaps a bit of value for damaged goods, but at least £45 of whisky. I got a bottle that is sold at less than this and, at the time, was available from other online retailers at £30. To say I was disappointed was an understatement. I'm also aware it was a kind of tombola, so wasn't worried about what I would get, just felt a bit misled that my bottle would be of £45+ value. Others I know have also received bottles that also are, based on market value, well below the specified £45 so it does not seem my result was a one-off. Puts me off buying in future, sadly.”

“Got a bottle of old Glenturret in my flood sale pair. My friend also got the same bottle. Online I've seen many others got the same bottle (well one of two Glenturret bottles). Really poor whisky. Feels like Really Good Whisky Company have used the flood sale as a way of shifting bad stock that they couldn't shift before. That's the sense I get anyway. Won't be buying from them again.”

“I took part in the recent flood raffle. I feel that i was misled on this - the expectation was that you entered the raffle to receive flood-damaged bottles, that otherwise couldn't be sold. As it was i received a bottle of whisky in pristine condition, that i could actually have purchased cheaper elsewhere. Viewing social media, a lot of people seemed to receive the same bottle and as such i think you used this as an opportunity to get rid of excess stock. I think this is disingenuous and won't use you again.”

“Go 4 bottles of the "mystery flood-damaged bottles" but could have got them elsewhere for the same price/cheaper. the images they showed on the webiste were misleading as the had quality preimum bottles at the front.”
