“Pretty happy, one bottle came without a seal but it was a flood damage lucky dip so can’t complain too much as it was worth far more than paid. Will use company again!”

“My husband was after a particular bottle of whisky (Mackmyra Fallmark) and I found ome bottle left at the Really Good Whisky Company. After purchase the company communicated with me well and it arrived really well packaged. My husband was delighted. Will definitely buy from them again thank you.”

“Communication was good and delivery great. Disappointed with the bottle I received as it was available very easily at a lower cost. Also Disappointed that others that I knew who were in the raffle all received a free miniature and I didn't.”

“Very disappointed to receive 2 bottles of lousy NAS Glenturret, as did my friends. It feels as if you couldn't sell these bottles so came up with this lottery idea. But there is no random factor here, since too many of these bottles arrived in one country, and I personally got 2 of them! You should have made a much better bottle spread. I do not feel there was a fair ballot here.”

“In good faith, I purchased a bottle from the supposed 'lucky dip' they were running to help them stay in business after an apparently 'devastating' flood. Every single person I know, from various whisky clubs, got the same bottle – Glenturret. If you ordered more than one bottle, you might get something else as well, but you still got a Glenturret. Far from a lucky dip to "help a small business", this was a scam to clear stock, cleverly charging a higher price, and adding delivery on top. I don't mind about the money – I went into the supposed lucky dip knowingly. It’s the subterfuge that is extremely irksome. If they’d been honest and said “You’ll have to buy more than one bottle to stand a chance of getting something interesting”, I could have made an informed choice. Even more frustrating is the wider damage they’ve done. I’d think twice about supporting any other small business that put out a similar appeal, wondering if it was as scammy as this. Disgraceful behaviour, with no attempt to put it right.”
