“I will give 5 for customer service (Lesley and Saby) and cleaness in houses.
But -1 for people running house - housekeeping.
They think that they are most important people in house but I guess the getting salary from my money and I think they should do everything to make people leaving there feel well.”
“The staff is very very uncooperative. I got the big room and windows were literally so jammed that i wasnt able to move them up and down. Really really hard.
One of the bathroom standing shower drain was blocked and was difficult to had shower. It was utterly disgusting.”

I’m sorry if you found our staff to be uncooperative. We tried to do our best to find you a room within short notice and provided you with a room from Thursday to Thursday which we don’t normally do as we let from Sunday to Sunday. I’m glad that we could provide you with flexible service which fit your needs.
Regarding the window in your room; this has been investigated and we think the window is in good working order. It can be opened and closed with minimum effort. The shower drain blockage hasn’t been reported to us by you and still we have no reports from other housemates that it is blocked. If this would have been reported, we would have sent our maintenance team there to check it asap. We appreciate that you were not entirely happy with the standards though.

“The house is well situated. Easy for public transport and access to motorways.
However, the housekeeping leaves to be desired. Cleaning, in particular bathroom cleaning is definitely not the housekeeper's favourite task -understand: until I complained that it had not been cleaned for 3 weeks, he finally daigned do some cleaning, still not clean by any means, and he sulked for several days. Also be aware that most of the tenants in the house are men, including the housekeeper, which can make you uncomfortable. Tenants were generally well-behaved but having the housekeeper constantly leering at me, certainly did! After an evening where he grabbed me and rubbed the lower part of his anatomy against me, I decided to avoid him for the remaining weeks of my stay. All in all an experience I do not care to repeat by any means!”
“Over priced,no way near clean enough,the inside of the shower cubical had not been cleaned throughly infact not cleaned at all, the carpets on the stairs and in my bedroom was very badly stained.also a very unpleasant smell through out the whole property throughout the stay. ,if I was going to stay for longer than a week the bedding was not going to be changed until the end of the second week ,,yuk.if the whole of the rooms were occupied the parking would have been a nightmare.Will not be booking with you ever again.”

We investigated this situation in detail after this review was posted, and we have to admit we have fallen down badly here. The smell in the house turned out to be egg stuck in the drain that wasn't reported to us at the time - it's completely gone now, it just had to be cleared out by the handyman. We have no idea why it wasn't reported via the housekeeper at the time, and we've spoken to the housekeeper about both the smell and the bathroom cleaning. The housekeeper in that house is actually really good normally. The carpets we did know about and they were on our schedule to be changed and this has now been done. Bedding has also been upgraded (this happens in all our houses on a rotating basis). I'm grateful for this reviewer being so honest as it has given us a chance to really check the situation out and put it right. So hands up here, we were at fault, we've done everything we can to correct it now. I do hope this reviewer comes back to us in the future.
