“Bought a spring bouquet for a friend in a care home. It was just stunning and very appreciated. The roses lasted for 5 days, the foliage and three delphiniums are still going 7 days later.”

“Thank you for your email, although having to produce these reviews for almost everything I do drives me mad. However, I gather the flowers you sent to my daughter in law in Cheltenham were, I gather, beautiful and she was delighted to receive them. I got to Cosmo who dealt with this order, in a very convoluted way not necessary to report, but he was totally charming and as a result I shall ask for him when I next have to send flowers to distant realms!!”

“Yesterday , I placed an order over the phone with The Real Flower Company, and I cannot praise Cosmo in customer services highly enough. The bouquet of roses I ordered is to be placed on my mother’s grave at her forthcoming funeral, making this phone call an emotional experience for me.
