Website and customer service is different. Last two orders required several messages to sort. Last order as left me considering trying elsewhere.”
“Direct coffee came quicker took 5 days and flavour description was misleading got one Brazilian coffee which didnt include the sour taste in its 3 descriptions characteristics , hate bitter notes”

Why 3 stars - due to the above and because I couldn't see any organic beans at Rave. I am open to trying Rave again and there is no reason you shouldn't give them a try too.”

Hopefully the coffee is worth it when I get it but I picked Rave because they raved about their service and delivery etc on the website but then didn't really follow this through and when I spoke to them on the phone i actually felt like I was in the wrong for expecting them to do as their website says they do?”

My sons adores it, but I'm afraid it's not to my taste.
