We had an issue with the order initially because it was stuck at the distribution centre for nearly a week, so I contacted customer services at Rave and they got back to me immediately and sent out a replacement order for free. Amazing customer service and great coffee!”

“I can't even remember how I discovered RAVE Coffee, but I'm glad I did. We always have the bean to cup Italian Blend as it is the perfect brew for us. However, we also indulge in a new test blend whenever one is on offer. Also we have the coffee bags, either for work or for when we might be away from home. The coffee brews nicely to a rich coffee, unlike some that are so weak you can hardly taste the coffee.
Ordering on-line is straight forward and the coffee arrives the following day, packed beautiuflly and with minimal impact on the enviroment. The coffee beans are not coated so they don't mess up our coffee machine. We'll definitely continue ordering.”
