“Wow!!! What fantastic service. I cannot believe how helpful your consultant was. I phoned up and explained that I was completely cut off in the country with no transport to get to any town that was nearby to go and try on your shoes. She suggested that I ordered 2 pairs in different sizes and then send them both pairs back.The pair that fitted me to be dyed and the second pair to be returned back for a credit. I placed the order and they arrived so quickly. Well I would never have thought to do that in a million years. Honestly I just want to say a very big thank you as your service has been amazing!!!! “Fantastic service. Gorgeous website which is really easy to navigate. Shoes arrived 2 days after ordering and I was incredibly impressed with the texts and emails to inform me of delivery time. Will definitely use them again in the future.”

“Great service and quick delivery well informed. Loved my shoes but unfortunately they weren't wide enough so had to send them back???????? Would have been good to have had free returns. £4.50 to send back as signed for?”

“I cannot speak highly enough of the level of customer service I received from Rainbow. They have patiently helped me to get just the right colour for my shoes and handbag for my mother of the bride outfit. Their response to emails and in sending out swatches is quick, and once I had finally decided on the colour my beautifully dyed shoes and bag were returned to me in 2 days. I absolutely love them and my outfit is now perfect. I have no hesitation in recommending Rainbow and it goes without saying that my daughter's 5 little bridesmaids will all be wearing Rainbow shoes at the wedding!”
