“Delighted with my shoes, received them back in 8 working days. Rather disappointed that they refused point blank to dye a bag I had only used once for my son's wedding 6 months ago. The bag was not Rainbow club but I was happy to take the chance of a slight colour difference to the shoes and pay £10 to get them dyed. Hey Ho, I guess that's how they make the business model work.”

Hi Many thanks for your review. Unfortunately we just can't dye other branded products, this is due to the dye we use being water based so we can only guarantee it on our satin fabric. If we use it on other satin the material may be treated and will not soak in, therefore ruining the product. Apologies for this but we are so glad you love your shoes. Many thanks Julia

“Shoes arrived very promptly. Mainly comfortable but toes still a bit squashed considering they were wide fit. Couldn't wear for long periods but hopefully will be fine for a few hours or when mainly sitting. Very pleased that they can be dyed black for free after wedding, which makes them worth the money as wouldn't wear ivory shoes again.”
