“Very quick and efficient delivery and the item was just as described”

“Ordered the shoes on a Thursday morning; i was very impressed when on the same day i received an email saying the shoes would be delivered the next day. Delivery information was excellent the courier company indicated a 1 hour time slot with options during the day if you suddenly found out you were not going to be home such as deliever to a neighbour or a designated pick up point. The courier company kept to there promise and said they would deliver anytime between 12:24 and 13:24 and exactly 12:30 the courier was at the door. Shoes were well packed and of excellent quality with not a mark on them. Have decided to use the companies dying service (which costs £25) although feel that this service is slightly overpriced for what it is considering the shoes cost £59. I would have hoped that as i brought the shoes direct from them and not from another supplier they would have offered it slightly cheaper or offered some sort of bundle type deal. I am confident that judging by the excellent service so far they will dye my shoes to the exact colour asked for and will be ordering my daughters shoes in the near future.”

“I emailed Rainbow Club as i had a few questions, i received a prompt and efficient reply. I placed my order and my items were delivered the following day! Unfortunately the shoes wont be in stock until mid April.......however i feel confident that as soon as they are in stock they will be delivered. What i did appreciate was the fact that you get a hour delivery slot so you know exactly when your items will be delivered.”

“I placed this order around 23rd February and was told that they expect the item in in a months time, which is fine. However, instead of charging me when the item came in they decided to charge me a month before. Totally unacceptable, they need to revise their payment system and only charge once items have been despatched.”

“The most beautiful shoes I have ever seen. Can't stop looking at them. So comfortable they feel like slippers. The best wedding purchase I have made. Thank you so much for an amazing service and delivery. Beautifully packaged and would 100% recommend to anyone. Excellent comfort heel height and cushion within the shoe itself. Over the moon. :)”

“Ordered a Colour pack as I contacted Rainbow club recently. I have purchased a pair of their shoes and asked if they can be dyed (even though they no longer make the pair I have), to be told yes, that's not problem. I can now have my shoes the same colour as my bridesmaid dresses - very happy! Thanks”

“I purchased a Rainbow Club Colour Pack and sent my shoes, plus a swatch of fabric as instructed. Within less than 10 days, the shoes were returned to me, free of charge, and look wonderful. I can't wait to wear them! This is an excellent and reasonably priced service and I look forward to using it again.”

“I bought Abbie shoes for my wedding in May, they are beautiful and really nicely done. They are incredibly soft, I'm sure it will feel like having slippers under the wedding dress! Quick delivery and good communication too.”

“I purchased the sherbet satin peep toe shoes for my daughter in a size 5 and 6 (she's usually a 5) but 6 felt better. She said that they were sooooo comfortable and heel height perfect for standing on her feet all day. Quick delivery too.”

Hi Louise Thank you for your message. We are usually very quick at replying to our emails and I cannot see an email from you so apologies that you have not had a reply, it looks as though we did not receive it. I have tracked your parcel and can see it was delivered on the 11th February. It looks as though the courier DPD emailed and text you to say they have left it with a neighbour as it was signed for by no.8 so you should find your parcel here. Apologies for the trouble with your delivery, if you have any problems please let me know and I can contact DPD for you. Kind regards Julia

“The shoes are lovely but the buying experience was dreadful via your website! I tried to pay via paypal but it wouldn't let me as it said no email address was entered but there wasn't anywhere to enter my email! So then I paid using my card but had to enter all my card details twice as I selected Mastercard UK when it should have been Mastercard! To be honest if it weren't that I liked the shoes, I probably would have given up with the whole thing!!”
