“I placed an order I'm which it stated in stock, however after a few days i hadn't received my item, so I called you to be told that you were out of stock and I wouldn't be receiving it. If I hadn't called this could of gone on and on. I placed the order in the black Friday sale so they were at a bargain price, then when I was told out of stock the sale had ended and I was then unable to look for similar ones around that same price range. I was absolutely gutted as these shoes were pretty perfect for what I wanted.”

“The shoe itself is gorgeous however the fitting is so narrow I cannot wear them. I ordered a size 3 which all my shoes are, however this shoe I bought is so narrow I cannot fit my toes in!”

Hi Laura Thank you for your comments. I am sorry the shoes were on the small side, the length of our shoes is standard, however as satin is such a stiff material it can feel slightly tighter as it does not give as much as leather shoes. “No point purchasing from rainbow club directly as they do not offer free returns unlike John Lewis and House of Fraser who carry their items.”

Hi Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear you are not happy with our returns policy. We do offer free UK delivery for all orders and there is no minimum order total for this, unlike John Lewis or House of Fraser. “I bought some plain shoes but wanted to use shoe clips to make them a bit more glam. I bought the shoe clips that were suggested with the shoes but they dont stay on the shoes. The clip on the shoe clips is far too small so the clips pop off when you walk. They also rub against your heel so are very uncomfortable. I intend to dismantle the shoe clips and glue/sew them onto the back of the shoe”

“Nothing wrong with the service. Arrived quickly. It was the shoes. They were so small. No way they could be a kids size 13. Really disappointed they would be perfect for my little girls flower girl outfit but don't want to order the bigger size either.”

I am very sorry you found the shoes small, we try to keep our children's sizing as standard as possible, however as satin is such a stiff material this can make them feel slightly smaller. “I never encircled a conformation email so I didn't know if my order was being processed. I had to contact customer services to verify this. Then I was a little bit confused with the colour pack. I thought I was going to receive actual colour samples... I don't really have a piece of cloth to send. I have contacted customer services again to see if I can quote the number of the color as seen in John Lewis. No answer yet and I can't process my order!!”

Hi Thank you for your review. I am very sorry for this, our confirmation emails are an automated email so it may have gone in to your spam. All our dyeing is a bespoke service so we hand mix the dye to match any colour you desire. This is why we request a swatch from yourself to mix the dye tot match. We can however match to the John Lewis colours as well, you can quote this number on the colour pack order form. “The shoes I ordered were beautiful, and arrived very promptly. However, I expected there to be a swatch of fabric with them as they are advertised as dyable, and I wanted to dye them! When I emailed asking for a swatch, I was told I couldn't have one.”

Hi Jayne Thank you for your review. The shoes you ordered are dyeable styles, however our expert colour technicians hand dye all our shoes in house in our colour studio. You can order a colour pack on our website and return the shoes to us along with a fabric swatch of the colour you would like, we will then hand mix the dye to match your swatch and dye them for you. “The delivery arrived quick which i was pleased with but the shoe sizes are not as per normal sizes. (i even order half size bigger compare to my there shoes) . My biggest issue is that it cost me £20 to send them back to you. How does this work??”

“I ordered 2 pairs of wedding shoes to try and as they weren't appropriate I had to return them, This cost me £11!! I won't be ordering any more, as there are lots of other companies that offer free return services.”

“I ordered some shoes for my daughter last Thursday night with express delivery too as I needed them ASAP. When I put the purchase in the trolley it said that they were available and on my email also said that I would have received it on Monday. Never had them on Monday so I phoned Tuesday morning and I'd got told that they weren't available for a long time now. So I had to cancel the order. A bit disappointed as I liked those shoe and this website was the only one who had the size I need”

“I placed this order around 23rd February and was told that they expect the item in in a months time, which is fine. However, instead of charging me when the item came in they decided to charge me a month before. Totally unacceptable, they need to revise their payment system and only charge once items have been despatched.”

“The shoes are lovely but the buying experience was dreadful via your website! I tried to pay via paypal but it wouldn't let me as it said no email address was entered but there wasn't anywhere to enter my email! So then I paid using my card but had to enter all my card details twice as I selected Mastercard UK when it should have been Mastercard! To be honest if it weren't that I liked the shoes, I probably would have given up with the whole thing!!”

“The shoes I ordered direct from Rainbow Club were way bigger than a normal size 5. So now I have to pay to return the shoes. It is too risky to repurchase a size 4.5, because if they don't fit, I will have to pay the return postage again. On speaking to Rainbow Club Customer Services, I was told to look online for my local stockists to try other sizes. I tried every one in the region but no-one could help. A very frustrating experience.”
