“The wedding veil that I purchased for my partners daughter is excellent and she loves it. The quality is first rate, the service by Rainbow was brilliant and the delivery was on time. Highly recommended.”

Hi Liane Thank you for your review. Our next day option is a next working day delivery, as you ordered these on a Friday they were sent next working day to arrive on Monday. We are sorry they arrived too late and are happy to take them back for a refund. Many thanks Julia

“Shoes arrived very quickly even though I had not chosen express delivery. Communication with delivery company excellent - was able to arrange a safe drop off point. Shoes themselves are lovely. Went for a size 2. My daughter is a 2.5 clarks fitting but she has extremely narrow feet and we have real trouble getting shoes that fit even from Clarks these days having a D fitting at best. Will need to make an additional hole in the strap to pull them in a bit tighter but they fit fine and go perfectly with her communion dress. Would highly recommend.”

“Absolute amazing experience. Unfortunately the first pair I have ordered was a bit too large, however, I could just exchange them. All the people I was in contact with were fabulous, from the customer services team to the people working in the depot (Exeter). Very helpful and friendly. And the best thing. I love the shoes. High quality, very comfortable and just beautiful. Cannot wait to wear them on my big day.”

“I can only say that Rainbow Club have been fantastic to me. They are so efficient and helpful. The shoes that I have received are of an exceptional standard. Nathaniel who helped me with issues was an absolute gem and could not have done more to make sure I was happy with my order. I wouldn't hesitate to use Rainbow Club again they are brilliant!!”

“The shoes are beautiful and were delivered quickly. I bought 2 sizes and was able to return the unsuitable ones without any fuss. I didn't realise when I bought them off eBay that they were coming from rainbow club themselves. Would highly recommend”

“Excellent. Item was ordered, paid for and delivered within four working days. I was kept in touch when parcel was being delivered and was at my door within the time limit. I was so pleased with item and it was so easy to place an order and have it delivered to my door. Thank you.”
