“I ordered the Clara bridal shows for my wedding and I absolutely love them! The quality is amazing, they are comfortable and look stunning! Such a nice wee touch to add a blue crystal on the sole of the shoe as your something blue. The delivery was quick as well. I can't wait to wear them on my wedding day!”

“Bought the ivory satin court shoe for my wedding. I am a standard 6 but bought a 6.5 thinking they would be more comfortable - wrong - I couldn't even get the shoe on my foot! they felt more like a size 5 to be honest. Beautiful shoe but Rainbow need to get the sizing down better. Shoes will be returned to John Lewis. Pity.”

“Recently, I had to send back a pair of Rainbow Club Mimi bridal shoes due to the quality. I spoke with Chloe, who immediately reassured me that she took my disappointment seriously and genuinely wanted to help. She offered solutions when I had a printing issue when sending back the shoes and even went to the trouble of choosing a replacement pair for me herself. When they arrived, which was super quickly too, they were perfect! So I can't thank her enough for her wonderful customer service! :) she saved the day.”

“Absolutely brilliant! I ordered a pair of shoes and had them dyed for a very posh wedding. I had a slight problem with one shoe, which I reported to Rainbow immediately afterwards. The customer service and Joel were amazing and allowed me to chose another pair dyed in another colour, which arrived within a week. Rainbow shoes are beautiful, very comfy, perfect fit and were admired by all who saw them. Thank you so much! 5 stars and more! X”

“My first ever Rainbow shoes - very happy with them, exactly what I had been looking for - classy and comfortable. I did have to go up half a size but i think it may have been the style of slingback shoe. Quick delivery and well packaged - would definitely recommend and wish i had looked at Rainbow website first as it would have saved me a lot of time and effort”

“I purchased the Freya Rainbow Club shoes from John Lewis. All I can say is that they are beautiful to look at and were extremely comfortable on my wedding day. I wore them from around 1.30pm until 3am! I love them so much, that I'll be dying them so I can wear them again and again. I'd highly recommend. I found the fit true to size and did not need to wear them in before my big day.”

“This is my first experience of ordering through Rainbow but couldn't be better. A real person at the end of the telephone from 8.15am in the morning and nothing is too much trouble. The service is what what dreams of but so rarely finds. Go Rainbow!”

“Shoe size is on the smaller side. Returns policy is not good. No delivery note sent with shoes or via email. Unable to book delivery via yodel. Would not recommend ordering online.”
