“I purchased a pair of Vivian Rainbow Club shoes for my wedding as they were the most comfortable high heel that I have ever stepped into. I then had the idea to have an artist draw on them which went horribly wrong "not recommended". To cover up the shoddy work of the artist my only option was to have them covered, this was 2 days before my wedding so had no time to send the shoes back to Rainbow to have a professional job carried out, I left them into a local cobbler. My bridesmaids collected the shoes the evening before my wedding. I never taught of looking at them until I went to step into them the morning of the wedding, the heels were not put back on the shoes correctly, they felt wobbly so I could not wear them. I had to take a quick run to the shops that morning to pick up any old pair, NEEDLESS TO SAY THEY WERE NOT AS COMFORTABLE as my beautiful rainbow. When I eventually calmed down after the wedding, I got in contact with Rainbow to see if there was anything they could do with my shoes as I would love to be able wear them to the races. The customer service I received from Kerrie Edworthy was 5*. I was delighted with the shoes, the comfort and the customer experience. I would highly recommend all brides to try on a rainbow shoe before looking elsewhere. It is a comfort to know that the customer service is there for you after your big day, and the option to have them done in a different colour for you to wear again. AMAZING COMPANY. To sound like my granny " you don't get that customer service these days" !!!!! Best Wishes Suzanne Maher”

“I had a last minute panic about my veil - just days before my wedding. I saw something on your website that I felt might be perfect. I called up - and you were so helpful - even sending additional photos through to my email. I decided to get it - and it was sent out that day, on a one day delivery - arriving the day before my wedding! It was absolutely perfect - and I am so grateful you for making it happen. Incredible customer service. Thank you x”

“After giving Rainbow Club shoes a 1* review a couple of weeks ago, following an issue with an incorrect pair of shoes being sent, I must today say I cannot fault the help and assistance I have had from Richard and Kerrie. I received a prompt email, and from then on, I have been nothing but highly impressed with the service I've had. This is my second pair of Rainbow Club shoes, having bought my first pair for my daughter's wedding last year, and I knew them to be fantastic quality, very comfortable shoes, it was just the poor service I had issue with. Thank you to all concerned for handling my complaint so efficiently, and ensuring the correct shoes were sent, dyed, and returned to me in time for my daughter's wedding.”

“Beautiful products. Have ordered 4 handbags, 7 pairs of shoes and shoe clips and used colour match dying to match bridesmaid dresses. All look amazing. When sized weren’t right and needed to exchange this was done very quickly with no issues. Would definitely recommend and have to other friends planning their weddings! Wonderful service!”
