“Ordered two pairs of shoes for my wedding (couldn't decide...I don't have 4 feet!) ... Delivery I thought would be Wednesday as I's missed daily deadline on Monday, but they arrived before 9.45am the very next day. Still can't decide which ones to wear as they're both very comfortable and I will wear both again after my own wedding. So keeping both! Shoes are great for those ladies with wider tootsies like myself. Not cheap but definitely value for money and am delighted with the product and the service. Looking forward to dancing the night away in my sparkly new shoes. Thank you Rainbow Club. 10/10.”

“Rainbow Club need to cater more for the older woman who can no longer wear very high heels but can still remarry at 72. Also, only producing four designs in a wider fit is no choice either. A look at Elegant Shoe's website in Birkenhead would be a good idea too, it's totally misleading. They do not stock treble E or F fits and had nothing in a wider fit to show when we drove an hour and a half to Birkenhead, the place to visit, we were told. Nothing could be further from the truth. No stock to walk away with, only to order at a flat rate of £10.00 plus £20.00 to dye. What a total waste of time that visit turned out to be.”

“I ordered my shoes the day before they delivered, and because I wasn't sure of the size they sent 2 pairs of shoes for me to try. I also mentioned that I would be wanting to dye the shoes and bag to match which they straight away organised for me to have the dye pack. After receiving my order, I sent the shoes that I didn't want, and rainbow refunded me straightaway. the shoes I wanted plus the matching handbag, I have now sent for dying and hope to received them in the next 5 working days. I can't complain about the care and attention, I have received from them.”

“Thrilled with Harlow shoes & matching Handbag purchased for my sons wedding. V v comfortable shoes. Have bought the rainbow pack for them both & returned with my dress for colouring. Am really hoping but confident the colour matching will give me a perfect coordination. Delivery service great, packaging of items perfect to protect them. Thank you.”

“Shoes arrived when stated. One pair returned and an e mail arrived the next day to say the refund is being processed. Now my bag and shoes are away to be dyed with my material swatch. so awaiting the return for the final result. Up until now service spot on.”
