“I have been wanting to write this review for some time as I've been nothing but grateful for the work Andy, Martin and all the team completed for me. I was in a real pickle when a (seemingly innocuous) spillage on my laptop threatened to destroy several month's music production work, vital to my career. Andy's calm and reassuring manner, coupled with the timely and professional operation carried out by R3 meant that nearly all my data was retrievable (to within an hour or so of the spillage). The team kept me apprised all the way through the process; collected and returned the hard disk to me with a minimum of fuss and suggested alternative means of backing up (I backup on a daily basis now to external hard drives and the cloud!!) A 10/10 service, I'll definitely be recommending R3 to any colleagues similarly finding themselves up a certain creek without a certain paddle!!”

“My data was 100% recovered and delivered back to me in record time. And this was done twice - 2 failed flash drives in succession!! As if that was not enough, the team strived to meet and satisfy my needs as an individual customer - delivering sound goals founded on solid and transparent business ethics; trust and honesty (very rare). “Initially, R3 were very quick to contact me and regular at keeping in touch; but, after about one month (or six weeks) of not hearing from them, I contacted them to remind them that I was still waiting for the results of their work. That small hiccup aside, they were excellent in every other way. And when I made an error and needed them to send me another drive with the data on it, they were quick and professional (and their service was cheaper than many of their competitors). All in all, I'm very happy and would definitely use them again.”

Many thanks for the review, as a small growing company we do have some refinements to make to minimise any delays or hold ups in the data recovery process. However as a data recovery lab we have technically one of the very best teams of data recovery engineers assembled in the UK

“The drive was fixed very quickly. When I had problems using the viewer I called and the technician was able answer my questions clearly and quickly. The data was all in order on my drive as promised. The only thing I wasn't informed about was the state of the data on the drive. I didn't know that there wouldn't be an Operating System on the drive until I received it. It would be good to have more information about that and perhaps a little bit of advice on how to use the drive without one. Thank you”

“My external hard drive was damaged and all the video data belonging to a wedding I was on it. I sent it to Fields Data Recovery and paid £299 plus vat for them to recover it. After a few weeks and offered to dispose of the disc themselves. I refused to allow them to do this and asked them to return it to me. I then found an advert for R3DATA and thought I would them , more in desperation than hope. A few weeks later the news cam back from them them that they had managed to recover all the data . I have since had my money returned from Fields after threatening legal action against them. If you have a damaged external hard drive I would recommend that you contact R3Data first . They are not the cheapest but you will get excellent service from them,”

“Excellent Result!! I had 1 x CD/DVD containing lots of 'corrupt' scanned photographs from the late 80s and early 90s where the originals had been developed from film and since destroyed. R3 were my only hope to recover the long lost memories of my youth! They SUCCEEDED!! and the associated cost was more than worth while. Well done R3. My advice is, if you have what appears to be unrecoverable data, give R3 a call before you destroy the data and if they are unsuccessful, it's FREE! No Data, No Fee!!!”

“Got up quickly from the desk to grab the phone (as you do!) and the chair hit the floor standing computer which had the USB dongle in the USB port backing up all the data on it onto the NAS. Contacted R3 and they were prompt in raising a case and sending me details of next steps. Once the broken USB dongle got to them I was kept updated with emails of each stage. The response was quick. I was able to view all the retrieved information online. Once confirmed, I payed for the information to be sent on a new USB stick. Overall a very professional and competent service. Highly recommended.”
