“Ordering was simple and straightforward and the site had exactly what I wanted. Despatch was overnight which was a free bonus. However, would have liked more information on the courier service so I could track my items.”

“Ordered lights over Christmas hols. They arrived on 2nd January which I thought was pretty good. Lights easy to fit, robust and good quality. My daughter was pleased, so that’s me ver happy.”

“this was the first time i used this company and it was easy ordering what i needed. the only reason i didn't give them five stars was 1 item came separate days later (due to the weekend) than expected. one phone call and it was sorted professionally by the customer service department.”

“Item quickly despatched but unfortunately it was damaged in transit. I contacted them the same day and was told it would be picked up and replaced with a new one the next day, Friday. Now Saturday evening and not collected yet, hopefully it will be Monday.”
