“I bought drill bits and jigsaw blades. Haven't tried drill bits yet but I open jigsaw blades to try and very disappointed as cut 2mm steel about 400mm long using cutting oil and went threw 3 number blades. Quality not good.”

“The website and service may be good but the product we recieved was woeful. The SDS Max (into the chuck end) material is not up to standard, chewed up and wouldn't release from the chuck. Waste of money.”

“They are available at a great price, whole sales experience where brilliant however the quality isn’t good enough for what we needed it for. We have purchased various sizes etc to drill through 3-5mm SHS, couple snapped straight away, another are completely useless after 2,3 holes - not hard enough. They more DIY and not made to last. Please don’t get me wrong - just not good enough for what we need them for.”

“Drill nest made down to a price not up to a standerd. Had to force open dril nest and strighten out so it would open and close.”

“Partially happy Bought several small drill sizes. One size would barely cut soft metal. Clearly not sharpened or hardened correctly. Some drills not straight. Not much point in having precise dia drill bits if they don’t run true”

“I purchased a number of sds max drill bits and a core extension piece. The extension piece was damaged out of the box and one drill bit snapped after four or six holes. I contacted uk drills but had no response. Displeased.”

“Hi I wasn't going to contact you regarding the SDS 6mm masonry drill bit costing over £100 but unfortunately they haven't lasted 5 minutes and have broken away from the base and have found that compared to others they feel lighter as if the material is cheap so I won't be buying anymore.”

“As a company, UK Drills are fine but I experienced extreme quality issues with the drills supplied. I purchased some small drills of 2.5, 1.6 and 1.8mm diameter. Very few of the drills were ground correctly and simply didn't cut. I discarded ALL of the 2.5mm set and 75% of the rest. The ones that did cut correctly did not run true and wobbled. UK Drills refunded me.”

“One of the 2 extra long drill bits I bought was in stiff packaging and excellent. The 3/16 was very badly packed and was very slightly bent. Probably damaged in transit. Usable but not great. I also thought the interval between order and delivery was far too long. My overall judgement? Could do better!”
