I drilled first hole through 500mm of stone without problem. The second hole was ok up until around 400mm and then the bit was jamming. On inspection I saw that half of the tip had snapped off. Maybe the bit was faulty. It will unfortunately be going in the scrap metal bin as it will not be able to drill another hole.
