“The Acid etch I ordered was temporarily out of stock Claire from Customer services rang to inform me of this and that she would ring again when the product arrived with them which would only be a couple of days away and she would have it dispatched immediately all of which she did, top class service”

“Centrecoat R104 Strong Adhesive Remover and Paint Stripper. This was recommended by the tech people, it was perfect for removing different types of paint that had been on a cast-iron statue for the best part of a century. Very happy with advice and service.”
