Hi Francois, we are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your purchase. The purpose of this product is to draw all of the salt out from the substrate, therefore it can initially look worse as all of the salt is brought to the surface. It is important to continue applying the Salt Neutraliser until all of the salt has been drawn out. We have also raised your concerns with the manufacturer and they have advised that they will be happy to visit you on site and demonstrate the correct method of application to help resolve the issue. If you would like to contact us on 01462 421333 we will be more than happy to arrange this for you.

“The service I received from Promain UK it self was was good. They were the only supplier that could provide me with the colour and finish of Bedec Barn paint that I could find. Unfortunately, the distributor they use, FedEx was atrocious. Four times they cancelled their delivery time and on the fifth I received it. I would recommend they change their distributor. Although they did refund me the delivery charge.”

Hi Brian, thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with FedEx. We will be highlighting these concerns directly to FedEx, as we do understand how frustrating it can be waiting for a delivery that has been delayed. I am glad that we were able to refund your delivery charge, and we thank you for your kind comments about the service provided by Promain. We would like to wish you good luck with your upcoming project and please do not hesitate to contact us if we can be of any further assistance.
