“I purchased some road marking stencils for parking bay numbers, but sadly they were not used. The existing numbering had been carried out with Hot Thermoplastic paint and by hand, I was unable to remove what was left of it and could not use the stencils directly over them as it would result in a mess.”

“I received the product MSP Satin Black ordered at 3.35pm and despatched that night to be with me the following day. I noted the new packing within the box which is far improved from the tin in a box. Several tins received previously were damaged , dented and with a bulging bottom but not leaking I have to admit. The lid opener free-be was very usefull and I think should be re- introduced.”

“The communications, information and help given by Promain was fantastic and although after finding out my compressor was not powerful enough for the paint I had ordered the refund was given without complication. Had one item been tinted I would not have been able to have had it refunded which is fair enough. All in all a smashing company to do business with and they know their product. RH”

“Delivery was fine. I ordered a large amount of paint to pain my house. At the end we had three pots too many still in the boxes in which they arrived. There was no possibility to return for a refund or credit note. I now recommend to friends etc to order from a local supplier for more flexibility. Very disappointed.”
