“Great communication and lots of emails tracking our delivery. However the only reason we didn't put very good is the scooter deck was delivered without a break, very disappointing to my youngster. Though a quick phone call and great customer service ensured it was corrected promptly and we received the break within 48 hours. My youngster very pleased with his purchase! Thank You!”

“I don't normally take the time to review but on this occasion felt the service merited it. 1st the product - micro speed v2 scooter. The quality is good as expected and although I was concerned it would be too big, my 5 year old is happily charging along, scattering all in his path.. Proline Skates were fantastic, intuitive site, competitive price and free delivery. Being given a one hour delivery window and then receiving the delivery bang on time is so unusual and saved me wasting my day hanging around. I would not hesitate to recommend this site based on my experience, and my five year old is pretty chuffed too!”
