“Emailed asking if they could get hold of a perticular product not currently on there webstore. Could not find the product for sale in the uk and they sourced one very fast. Very impressed with the service from proline and also the courier service they used was excellent. All in all you have a new customer as i have never ordered from proline in my 25 years of extreme sports but i will be sure to check here first again. Many thanks”

“The online staff were very helpful in giving me information on the type of inline skates that I should be looking at. I also called the warehouse order line as I was looking to get something quite costly so wanted to make sure I had all the info I needed. The member of staff I spoke to was very helpful in pin-pointing what Skate would be best for me etc. My order arrived two days later and are exactly what was described and do exactly what they are supposed to for my style of skating. I would have no issue with ordering from this company again and feel confident I will get accurate information from staff experienced in this field. I have recommended to friends as well. Any additional items I don't need information on I would happily use the online ordering service.”
