“After having surgery on my wrist I found after skating using a standard wrist guard my wrist was still hurting. While wearing these however, I doubt even Woulverine's claws could do me any harm.”

“I was very impressed with the speed at which the scooter was delivered and the updates as to where my order was. This was very helpful due to my work schedule. I did though have an issue with the scooter which was for my sons 13th birthday. Upon using it for the first time the grip tape started to come away. Being away at the time as it got worse it forced us to have to buy some new within the first week. This is the only problem my son has had with the scooter and has enjoyed every minute of it.”

“The product was excellent and sold for a great price. Postage time was really quick too. But the item itself was packaged terribly. It had been forced into a box that was too small so much so that the packaging was broken and some of the contents had fallen out. I don't intend on returning the item so there was no problem however would have been extremely displeased had the item(s) been damaged or faulty as a result. All in all I'm happily using the product but am not sure if i will do business again or recommend to others just for the fact that the item could have been easily packaged properly.”

We have sent you what you ordered. You had ordered a KOS/Fasen nrake which in the first line of the description states "Bolt On Brake" You can send the item back if you like.

“The product ( Grip Tape) was exactly as described. It was well and safely packaged and it was delivered promptly. It was delivered by Royal Mail which we prefer because if you're not in when it arrives you only have to pop down to the depot to get it. No trying to arrange another delivery date.”

“Web site had plenty of choice and was easy to use. There was plenty of information on the skates that I was purchasing. The price of the skates was good but not the best available online (I did not trust the other sites although this was perhaps not for a rational reasons!) Skates arrived within a few days of ordering.”

“Have yet to receive my order! If don't receive soon willing be taking recourse. Yea it arrived took a lot longer than my other out of country orders but my grandson was so excited since he recently got one for his birthday and someone promtly stole it. Thanks so much! This order was dispatched on the 11th. As you are from the USA it does take 6-10 Working days to deliver from us here in the UK.
