“Initially I was sent the wrong product so I phoned up and explained the issue which was resolved incredibly quickly. The customer service in righting the original error was exceptional. The sort of service that makes you want to shop a retailer again and again.”

“Just Wow! Brand new scooter delivered in The Netherlands within 3 days !! The websites in NL that offered this specific model all stated end-October as availability date but Proline Skates just fixed it within a few days. Even including shipping costs the total price was the same as in NL.”

“I had a great experience ordering from Proline Skates - the range of products available & prices were both great, and the delivery was not only affordable, but really speedy too! Very happy with my purchase, and will certainly consider ordering from here again should I need any new skating gear! Thanks :)”

“I am not happy about the fake promotion codes saying 50% off as for that I will not be recommending to anyone”

Hi there, We do not offer or advertise a 50% off coupon anywhere so do not understand where you are getting this from. If it is from a random voucher code site then that there is your issue. We do not give these sites any special codes and never have.

“Selection was great and the skates are really good. Delivery could have been better - after ordering on Monday with new day delivery I got an email saying they weren't in stock shortly followed by another Singh this was a mistake and they'd be dispatched on Tuesday. Nothing arrived on Wednesday, but parcel tracking listed they'd been "delayed" with no explanation. Eventually arrived Thursday, which was ok but hardly next day delivery.”
