“DHL has messed up the delivery. I contacted you twice and you have responded. I understand DHL are useless but you need to be more proactive in your comms. I also understand you have skeleton staff. I need to know if I cancel my order or if you will resend.”

“I was very impressed with the customer service I received from Proline Skates. I had a query over the delivery fee and they responded quickly and completely resolved my concern. They were competitive on price, the order was processed quickly and I was kept fully up to date with the delivery schedule.”

“your mail order service is very good, but i did have a conversastion through facebook with one of your team, seemed to have very poor product knowledge didnt seem keen on helping much at all hence only 3 points, why bother with that side if thats the service otherwise for a traight click and buy good”

“Love my skates!! They came here (To the United States!) super quick, I think within 5 days. Amazing, especially considering COVID-19 and how it’s been affecting delivery times. Would definitely purchase from here again”
