“They did not have the product I ordered online. So they contacted me, via email, and with my agreement sent me an alternative item at the same cost. Delivery was prompt and the product is of good quality.”

“I’ve got my skates that I purchased quite fast, but I payed for sharpening as well , which I didn’t got, so I had to go my own, for a local sharpener and pay extra money for it.”
