“The skates arrived so quickly- I was amazed. Well boxed etc. All in good condition and look brilliant. However they are a Christmas present so other than that I can’t really comment. The company has a good Christmas returns policy, are in this country (amazing!) and there’s even a contact phone number so I am not concerned. Almost like the good old days - talk to a human rather than an autobot!”

“Honestly not 100% happy... I bought some wrist guards and they don't fit even though I followed the online measurement guides and went for the largest size - and were still to small - I understand your policy that the customer needs to pay returns, but in this instance as I did everything I could in advance to ensure the right size, and when arrived to small, therefore the sizing guides are wrong, then that just doesn't seem fair, especially as to return the item is effectively a third the cost of the item itself. anyhow anyhow - enough grumbling - but it does just reaffirm that in the end it is easier to shop through the likes of amazon with free returns... which is a shame.. cheers”

“I was interested in some Bauer XLS skates. I was on holiday in the Cardiff area and popped in as i wanted to try the skates on to make sure they were a comfy fit. They had the sizes i wanted in stock to try on and went the extra mile to get the boots modified and completed before i left the area at the end of the week. Friendly and helpful employees”
