“I used my JD Bug scooter for the first time today, having tightened and done whatever it said in the instructions. It seems okay, except when I get off it to cross roads, the base of it swings round and hits me on the ankle. Not sure if that is normal, since I haven't ridden a scooter since childhood!”

“I was a little bit disappointed the item I ordered was out of stock and not informed about this at the point of purchase. How ever when contacting the company by phone I was offered an alternative item that was delivered the next morning. I will let you know when my 12 year old son opens his blue scooter in the morning for his 13th birthday rather than the red one he wanted :)”

“I had ordered a blunt . It hadn't arrived after a week . I phoned to see what was happening for to be told the scooter I had ordered was out of stock. I ordered another but had to send it back as it wasn't the 1 my son wanted. Talking to the staff , they were helpful .”

“Bought one pair SEBA FR Deluxe 2014 for me and one for my friend and a couple of other stuff. They didn't have the 2015 or 2016 version and a lot of other stuff (like slalom cones) were not in stock. I live in Sweden so first I tried my credit card but it didn't work, then I tried my normal debit card but the process didn't seem to work. Then I got a confirmation mail that it went through, all good, I thought. They later emailed me saying their system thought the purchase was a fraud so I had to contact my bank and get a special number. So I called the bank, got the number and then sent it back and it was good to go. The package came a week later, a bit misstreated and one of the bearingspackage were damaged and they had fallen out. Found them all though and the inlines were in great shape. Everything sounds quite bad but overall they did good and it came quite fast. Summary Pros: Fast answers on emails and shipping. Nice webshop. Cons: Bad billing system. A lot of stuff not in stock. Bad packaging.”

“Great next day delivery! Skateboard came in great condition. I only wish the board came in it's original packaging. The Penny Skateboard came in a plain cardboard box, with paper wrapping inside. Kept the board safe for sure, although not so satisfying unboxing experience, plus I like having the original boxes. Great service though and the prices are great.”

“The scooter we ordered showed as in stock but we were then advised it was out of stock. Proline Skates contacted us quickly offering either a refund or an alternative scooter. We chose another scooter which was then delivered very quickly. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the website showed the item as in stock when it wasn't. Otherwise excellent service.”
