“Ordered an Edea skate/boot bag, which arrived on time and as described. I paid for next day delivery which was a Saturday so it arrived on the Monday as advised it would so all fine but if you can pay 3X more for a Saturday delivery, it would of been a nice gesture to just deliver it “next day” on the Saturday (I had placed the order late on the Thursday, so it had all day Friday to be processed).”

Hi there, As our Next Working Day delivery only takes place on working days (Mon-Fri) you actually received exactly as was paid for. We do offer a Saturday delivery option which is a bit more expensive due to how much it costs us to purchase this shipping from our couriers. Thanks

“We recently ordered a slamm scooter for our son, it arrived on time and he loves it. The only thing I would say was after placing the order we received no xo formation email to inform us of you receiving the order or when we would receive it. The first correspondence was when the courier emailed letting us know it was out for delivery with DHL.”
