“Proline skates were great. The heelys I wanted weren't in stock so I was sent an email giving me the option of either getting another pair or getting a refund. I opted for another pair. I just emailed them to say which other pair I wanted and it was taken care of - I didn't have to do the payments form again or anything. I received free delivery which was great and was even told what times they'd be delivered between. The heelys are great and I've been given a free instructional DVD. I'd recommend this company.”

“I made two orders and both have had issues due to poor delivery companies being used and blunt unhelpful replies from the facebook account. Btw I only contacted the facebook account as the mobile site does not offer an email contact. Since emailing the store I have had no reply.”

“Excellent quick dispatch and delivery. Some of the information on the products on the website could be a bit clearer for us parents buying bits for our kids scooters as we 're not all in the know on the technical front. For instance the new brake I ordered for my sons MADD scooter required drilling of the deck as it fitted in a different way to the one I was replacing. Some pictures of fitted & fitting would be nice if possible. Other wise really good stuff.”

“Once I placed an order thje service was great and all skates and items delivered promptly. My only problem with Proline is their inability to deal with email enquiries which usually are ignored. If they could sort that out then I would give them 5 stars.”

“These came the day after I ordered them. I was given an hour window for when they would arrive - fantastic! They are really good. I bought them for me (an adult), and so what? They are good quality and comfortable. Thanks :D”

“I thought after already paying post & packaging to exchange for a size up the £10 exchange price was way to costly. I ended up paying £14 extra for my purchase and other websites that sell the skates offer free postage and returns therefore i shall not shop again with prolineskates.”

“Brilliant service.Ordered flashing wheels for granddaughters skates.They were delivered within 2 days!.Didn't realise needed new bearings,phoned shop to find out which were suitable.Ordered Friday 5th of June,delivered Monday 8th of June.”
