“The quality of the service received was quite incredible. My son needed a new hockey stick by the next day and this was achieved without any problems. Fast, effective and will be first port of call for all other requirements. Welsh too!”

“Paid 59.99 for a pair of heelys, I'm happy with the shoes but just thrown in the box was a copied DVD of the heelys instructions, scratched and full of finger prints, wasn't even in a case, got no reply on twitter, I'll shop elsewhere next time.”

“Was very impressed with the delivery of these skates. They arrived much quicker than I had thought and the courier company kept us informed of their progress and delivery was timed to a one hour slot, we didn't have to wait in all day. The skates look very good and I would think our granddaughter will be delighted when she gets them for her birthday.”

“I ordered a scooter deck from Proline. Their communications by text and e-mail about order progress were really informative and accurate. Unfortunately there was a problem because their supplier had changed the spec of the goods and the Proline website hadn't kept pace. Proline were brilliant. They didn't quibble and supplied a replacement by next day delivery for the item omitted because of the change of spec. This company was a perfect supplier. I will go back to them in future.”

“An excellent company to deal with.I purchase regularly from them on behalf of my grandson who at the age of 11 builds his own customised scooters.Proline skates is an excellent resource for this purpose.They are very helpful with scooter compatibility problems.they always have the appropriate parts in stock at good prices and the goods arrive speedily and well packed within a day or two of purchase.Dick Robertson.”
