“I ordered skates for my niece's birthday (which I have not given to her yet until 26 July) and the delivery service was brilliant. I received the skates within a couple of days with very informative delivery instructions. I had emails and texts informing me of the progress and they arrived within the delivery time. Very good service.”

“Regarding Proline Skates themselves, the website was great, easy to navigate and the transaction was as simple young straightforward as any I've seen. The item was packaged with brown box on over manufacturer's box and was well taped up. The courier that Proline used offered next day delivery and detailed tracking which became active promptly following placement of order. They also provided a delivery window of 1 hour, along with optionsto amend delivery very simply. The van arrived 2 minutes prior to the sstated delivery window so the driver waited 2 minutes before knocking on the door. The package was handed over in pristine condition. The product itself was as good as all the reviews suggest and I've been having great fun keeping up with my 2 youngsons over the weekend. Condition was perfect. I must admit to expecting a second considering the price point. If it is a second then it is an as-new one. It is always a great relief to receive service like this from an online retailer, and Proline will be my first port of call for the next scooter purchase. Very well done and thanks.”

“Although there was a mistake on my delivery (I was sent the wrong size of what I'd ordered), the customer service was brilliant. I was sent the correct one in less than 24 hours from my notice, and with everything paid so that I could send back the wrong one with no extra cost. Greatly satisfied with the service.”
