“Ordered some new parts for my sons scooter. Price was great and the delivery was fast. Had a problem fitting one of the parts, but called the store and spoke to guys there. They were great. Whilst talking to Adam on the phone he actually tried to do what I was doing in his workshop to understand the problem and had the same issue. He has now sent me an additional part to get it working free of charge. Great service, would highly recommend them.”

“This is my second time of using prolineskates I have been to the store and the guys in there are brilliant I wanted to try on new skates, then on line for new wheels I treated my self too going back to my childhood! The wheels are great the service was second to none! Brilliant what more can I say apart from I need to get off the internet I do not need more wheels!!!!!”

“Firstly I messed up the order by requesting two sets of protective gear instead of one, Steve got that sorted and had refund in my account before I could follow up asking how that would happen. Next thing as I was on next day delivery and the were out of stock of my preferred protection set he sent me same size different brand. Again as soon as I mentioned I'd have preferred to take m original choice in larger size it was sorted. I was mailing him next day to get an estimate of delivery date when the parcel arrived at the door! Complete with prepaid return bag. The service is amazing and very friendly despite me not being the easiest customer due to changes! Would highly recommend these guys. A little more expensive than your local discount spots store but way better quality gear and no worries about returns or exchanges which is usually the big barrier to buying footwear on line. Overall? BRILLIANT HIGHLY RECOMMENDED :0)”

“I called in advance to check if they would make an international delivery, which was offered and so I made my order. After taking the money from my account they performed a fraud check and subsequently refused to deliver my order (because the delivery address was different to the billing address). Sadly I did not become aware of this until I called a week later, because they used a public @yahoo email account to notify me, which (surprise surprise) was flagged by gmail as spam. They refused to allow me to change the deliver address to billing address which would have rectified the issue. I was forced to create a new order and money from the first order was refunded. To my disgust all the international bank transfer fees in BOTH direction fell on my lap. Which means their decision to take my money then refuse to send my order cost me. On complaining about this I received a couple of unsympathetic and anonymous emails. On asking for the name of the manager to escalate I got no more replies to email. I'll be buying elsewhere next time.”

“communication is a big plus when dealing with Proline Skates. I had numerous emails giving me blow by blow info about my order, its progress through their system, its dispatch. Its delivery progress and right up to an approximate time of delivery on the day. Even checking that l had received it. If only every company I dealt with were this good. I'm impressed with the skates too! K L Cumbria”

“Normally, I use Locoskates. I ended up on Proline because they didn't have my size of soul plate at Loco. Not only were the plates cheaper, but the delivery was next day, live tracking was available and satisfaction was immense. Without a doubt the best online retailer for skate parts. I'll definitely be using Proline from now on.”
