Ordered a headset for a christmas present over the weekend of 23 Dec on next day delivery. It turned up on Wednesday. I expected it to be despatched on Monday and received on Tuesday. This caused me a great deal of hassle as my office I had it posted to was closed for the afternoon so i had to pay extra to get it delivered before 10am. Luckily your delivery service you use could do that. Also, the set I had ordered was out of stock so you sent me an alternative. This was good, though I would have thought a phone call to tell me would have been better and ideally it should have informed me when I ordered it that you were out of stock. I realise it must be a mad rush at Xmas so all well that ends well.
