“I was pleased with the offer on the skates that I bought, and I am pleased with the product and the service overall. There were a few issues that could be improved however; -When I placed my order the website crashed leading me to double place my order. However this was rectified and a refund made very promptly. -Emails from the website were classed as Spam by my email account (googlemail) Overall however I was happy with the experience.”

“I am dissapointed that you charge for postage to the IOW. I purchased a scooter on Friday with a 10% discount as found this being the cheapest site I could get it from, it states on your homepage that UK postage is free when you spend over a certain amount. I did, however I got charged £11.95 for postage. Yes I know I am on the IOW, however this is still classed as UK postage, it is not the channel islands, it costs the same to post to the IOW as it does to anywhere else on mainland UK. This then meant my actual saving was 99p, I wish now I had gone elsewhere”

Im sorry you feel this way. Our couriers class Isle of Wight as an Offshore Isle which incurs additional postage. This is the same for most couriers.

“I am actually Penny Eames, mother in law of Olivia, to whom I sent the two pairs of skates, that will be given to my two grandchildren for Christmas. The whole operation was smooth, efficient and successful. It was a very easy for me, living in the depths of Cornwall, to have them delivered (for free!) to my family in Solihull in the Midlands, for which I am very grateful. They were delivered on time, after a tracking update, from the time I ordered them, to the time they reached their destination. Very efficient. Keep up the good work!”

“Having made an error myself purchasing the same item twice I found them very helpful in rectifying the matter and refunding the money immediately for the duplicate order. Tracking was a bit of a nightmare as there had been no updates for 5 days and the item appeared, however, I appreciate that this was down to the carrier and to be fair the item was no that late in arriving.”

“Got my skates after a week and thats good since I live in Sweden. It´s always a little challenge dealing with the delivery since DHL want to deliver daytime when I´m at work. DHL is flexible to deliver at your workplace but since I work in Denmark its not possible to arrange. I ended up going to DHLs Branch picking up the skates there after work, but other then that I´m really happy about Proline Skates. Thank you guys!”
