“Ordering and selection was excellent but where you were let down was in communication following the order. There wasn’t any follow up to advise me of whether the item had been shipped or was en-route. I use the Shop app on iPhone and it notified me that the order has been placed but there was no further update following this until the Heelies arrived at my door … as this was an order for my daughters birthday, I had started to get concerned they wouldn’t be here on time and planned on contacting you to get an update on shipping when the knock came at the door with my delivery. Other than that A1, I’ll still give you 4 out 5 as they did arrive on time, the selection was awesome and they were tip top condition. Many Thanks Guys!”

“Skate-wise the wheels are good, but shipping wise I’ve been waiting more than ten days for my second pair of wheels to ship as I accidentally bought the wrong amount and they haven’t even gotten past preparing shipment on the tracking app. I’m all about taking your time and such, but this is ridiculous.”
