“I thought the course taught me what I needed to know, the instructor made me feel at ease and answered any questions that were raised. All in all I would recommend to others.”

“Laurie is an excellent trainer and has used great experiences as examples. He is very supportive of all students. The food is ok but when booking would have been nice to know options (not your faults)”

Our trainers always go the extra mile to ensure delegates gain a valuable learning experience. For many of our courses we provide lunch for delegates, however the menu is available on the day of the course. This is due to potential changes which may occur to the menu prior to the course. However, I will pass your feedback over to the customer service team, who can look into providing a menu available at all times for delegates, during the booking of a course.
