“Thought we were in for a long day 8-30 to 5 . But the lecturer kept us all engaged throughout with his good delivery of the course essentials that helped the time pass without us becoming bored or tired . I was very impressed .”

“I got 25 out of 25 in the 'quiz' so I'd say badger did all he could have done to inform me properly of all the material within the course.”

“I thought the course was good and location of the course was perfect for me. However a few things I think that could really be improved. At the Limehouse Holiday Inn, the lighting in the room is terrible! No where near bright enough for a day’s course, a lot of people including the trainer started feeling eye strain and headaches due to the low lighting. The instructor was very nice, but I feel he went off the modules a little bit too much. The course I enjoyed, however I feel it could do with being updated a bit.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback Lawrence; it really helps us to make improvements to our courses. I've spoken with our venue manager and she's going to review the room at Limehouse with the staff there and see if there's anything we can do to improve the lighting. The course and content are produced by IOSH although our trainers do try to add a personal touch and cover content and questions for all the delegates. I'll speak with the trainer for your course and see if there's anything we can do to stay on topic in future. Thanks again for your feedback.

“Nicola Darling, our Trainer, was excellent. She was extremely knowledgeable about Health and Safety and made the course very interesting (with many current examples of where H&S was neglected and the consequences as a result). This has made me understand its importance within the workplace. I will now take this area of my role much more seriously. Thank you very much.”

“Very engaging presentation of content lunch could have had a hot option and there could have been more refreshments available throughout the day as there weren't really any shops or cafes nearby”
