“A very good course and a very good instructor. I've given 4/5 as I have only had Martin Hardwicke as an instructor and cannot comment on any others. As an individual though I would score him 5/5. He took us through the course at a comfortable speed and made sure we all enjoyed it.”

“Good course gave useful information and refresh on safety and risk assessments. Useful doing it online, as it fitted in with working week better and did not require travel or accommodation.”

“The content was relevant and interesting. The trainer was excellent. With a three days course over £500, I would expect PSS to provide lunch as they used to do prior covid. That would be the missing star.”

Hi Jose Manuel; thank you for your feedback. Glad to hear you had a good training experience with us. In regards to offering lunch, post-COVID, some of the venues which we deliver from have stopped offering lunch, so PSS took the decision not to offer lunch at any venues.

“NRSWA Supervisors course was very good. The trainer Stuart was very knowledgeable and made the course enjoyable. I didn’t give full marks as some of the questions on the exam papers were worded in a way that can easily catch people out for providing the correct answer. This is not an English paper. A lot of people get nervous when taking exams and this can make a stressful situation worse.”
