“The material provision and organisation of the course, before it started, was excellent. Jo was extremely helpful when I had questions and there were not any difficulties accessing the course. The tutor, Daisy, was very knowledgeable and approachable if anyone had questions. The depth of understanding gained allows me to approach my work with more confidence. An ideal course for anyone committed to improving their knowledge”

“The whole course could be reduced to two days instead of three. The facilitator was sarcastic and not really inclusive. Some jokes not really appreciated.”
