“I liked the course and the way it was taught, we did not have any real food tough but that was not a problem”

Thank you for leaving a review Cosmin, our 1 day courses in Victoria don't include lunch I'm afraid, but there are some great places nearby to try out.

“Managing safely course 3 days. This was very informative with excellent course content, learnt so much and feel much better equipped in dealing with health & safety at work now. Tim our trainer was absolutely brilliant & a lot of his little anecdotes I have taken on board & used myself. Highly recommended.”

“Simple to book, efficiently administered, delegates provided positive feedback about their course, certificates received in a timely manner. Only negative is that lunch, which was previously provided, not included in the package.”

“The fact that badger told me it was a quiz not a test and no one has ever failed I got two questions wrong which weren’t safety critical then threw me another test paper on nothing we had revised on thought was a bit harsh so yer I’m the only man to ever fail so it’s nearly cost me my job !”

Hi Jamie, thank you for leaving a review. I'm very sorry to hear you didn't pass the course. A lot of our trainers prefer to call the exam a quiz. We find it helps delegates relax a little during the course. I'm afraid you didn't meet the pass mark of 80% (24 out of 30) on the exam, you did, however, fall into the bracket that can be offered a resit exam which you were. We do our best to get everyone through the exam and it's true we have a very high pass rate but it is an accredited course and if you don't meet CITB's requirements there's nothing we can do. Thank you for leaving a review Jack. Our system sends messages to delegates along the way, a text the day before the course, an email with a covering letter saying you've passed and then another when we apply for your certification and one with a tracking code when we send your certificate. I've looked into it and I'm very sorry it looks like you haven't received those emails, I've raised this with our IT team to look into. We haven't received your certificate from the CITB yet, they are a little delayed with Christmas and New Year. You should be able to call them and apply for your CSCS card now though, you will be in their system. Again I'm very sorry you haven't received any of the communications, I'll ask the team to contact you so you are aware you can apply for your card. Kind regards, Sam
