“Great course to go on, covered a few grey areas that I was unsure of in Health & Safety. Good way to interact with others and share stories and learn about different aspects from different working fields on how H&S works for them and how to approach or look at things from a different perspective. Would highly recommend the course.”

“Plenty of parking. Good facilities at the unit. Easy to login and picture taken on arrival. Course delivered at a good tempo, informative and plenty of time given to ask questions. Test was on a tablet easy to use and result marked at the end.”

“NRSWA Supervisors course was very good. The trainer Stuart was very knowledgeable and made the course enjoyable. I didn’t give full marks as some of the questions on the exam papers were worded in a way that can easily catch people out for providing the correct answer. This is not an English paper. A lot of people get nervous when taking exams and this can make a stressful situation worse.”

“Martin Hardwicke was a great instructor as he explained everything giving examples mostly and different stories that kept me motivated to continue and not tired at all. Also, we covered plenty of information that was new for me and I think it will keep forever in my head because of the way the 3-day course went. I will recommend it for sure.”

“Had a streetworks renew course the other week with trainer and ex marine Mick Borner. Great course although long, but Mick was an excellent instructor and very helpful throughout the course. Pros: -Down to earth instructor -Helpful with queries -Price for course was reasonable -Cafe food was reasonably priced -Place was easy to find -All staff seemed happy with smiles Cons Would have preferred Mick to have instructed the course naked.”

“We had some troubles as we were given the wrong exam paper and only when we were 20 mins into the exam was this flagged and a new paper issued. The session also began badly as one of the other attendees who had vomiting was told they wouldn't get their money back if they didn't attend so it made for a strange start to the session. Other than that it was fine”

Regarding the incorrect exam being given, this has been raised with the trainer to find out why this happened. With the unwell delegate, she has been moved to a new course free of charge.
