“The ordering process thru' to delivery was fine. The only issue I have is the cost of delivery,almost £10 for what is only a small parcel,it seems excessive to me.”

“I can only comment on the delivery as the weed control has not had enough time to comment on. The delivery was first class,I had a question for your office ,the phone was answered quickly and an answer given by someone who knew your product line. Thank you”

“I am pleased with the product ( I have used it before) and the delivery timing was good. However I did have issues with the actual delivery. The product was delivered to a farm half a mile down the road. The delivery driver allowed for it to be signed for there by people I do not know. The only reason I found where it was is a neighbour recognised the name on the delivery confirmation e mail I received. Considering I paid a delivery charge yet then had to go and collect the product I think is poor.”

“A good sounding albeit expensive product which would benefit from clearer and more explicit instructions, particularly dilution rates. Gardeners who use the product as a spot weeder to kill off small areas of mare's tail would like to see better directions re usage.”

Hi Neil, withdrawal of product is a complex issue. It’s generally a licensing issue. Pesticides are given a licence up to 10 years. Since 2012 there has been a greater demand for proof of environmental & operator safety before it can be re-licensed. Sometimes withdrawals are for financial reasons, other times for lack of scientific documentation...
