“Please use different transport as they are not able to give a hours slot on the day delivery unless you download an app it is a American company therefore it is not safe please use a different supplier so this experience is better”

Hi Madelaine, thank you for your feedback. Due to the nature of the product you ordered - it is delivered using a registered ADR courier and it cannot be carried by Royal Mail or other non ADR courier firms. Unfortunately the courier we use does not yet offer hourly timed delivery slots nationwide. We will pass on your comments to them, and we apologise for any inconvenience they have caused. “The weed killer worked fantastic, I thought it was a bit naughty that the delivery is added on to the total before adding VAT When you pay £7.99 for the delivery of a small bottle you expect that it is including VAT?! Anyway curtail is good at doing it’s job, never mind about the distributor.”

Hi, with regard to the delivery charge, we have to abide by regulations for transport of products of this type. Due to the nature of the product you ordered - it is delivered using a registered ADR courier and it cannot be carried by Royal Mail or other non ADR courier firms. Unfortunately the charges for regulated ADR carriers are higher. All of our prices are clearly displayed on the website, both excluding and inclusive of VAT, including the delivery charges. “easy to use website, lots of information of the products, over all very good. delivery was a bit of a pain as they didn't state an estimated time of delivery. other than that all good”

“ProGreen emailed my to let me know that Kurtail Gold will soon no longer be available so I bought some to keep up my stock as it is excellent for controlling mares tail. My order was delivered promptly and I am very happy with ProGreen’s service. I am only disappointed that Kurtail Gold will no longer be available.”

“Product brilliant. Ups delivery service a nightmare. Have had 2 failed delivery attempts. communications poor...now on final delivery attempt. Have now at least got a 3 hour delivery slot for tomorrow.”
